There is a calling for each one of us. The calling that God has purposed specifically for us. The calling that is unique.
I believe God has equipped us with such desires and talents to walk in that calling. If we want to walk in His calling, we will go through things that will shape our character. So that we are ready to receive what He has destined for us to receive in His time.
Joseph, though he was walking in many uneasy years, he was walking into the destiny God had for him. I believe in those many uneasy years, his character was being developed. In those many uneasy years he had to learn how to be humble, how to be faithful in little things, how to keep his faith in God and to trust in His promise, and how to have mercy on others.
We are born to be great in His calling. His calling is not to satisfy our ego. His calling will add value to others. His calling does not have to be churchy.
The question is: Do we want to embrace His calling? Do we want to pursue it?
